“My entire first floor was remodeled by a professional. I say professional because of the detail and workmanship. The great room which consists of the kitchen, dining room, foyer and living room flows together so smoothly. Tile floors meet wooden floors without having a ridge. Granite compliments all three counter tops (sink, island stove, and bar peninsula) with an elegant finish. All cabinets whether under bar, around refrigerator, or next to stove is completed with panels and corbels.
Plenty of lighting was worked into the kitchen and done in such a way that different switches are used for four different areas.
All railings on the stairs and in the upstairs hallway were updated with brushed nickel. The new railings give a nice added touch looking up from the downstairs living room with cathedral ceilings. New wide molding surrounds floors, doors, and windows. Large thick corbels support the mantle. The mantle was custom made and glazed by 3-D Contracting Inc.
Also, two bedrooms off the main room were completed with four-inch plantation shutters. Wonderful carpentry work!!”

We were living in temp housing and had only two months to complete the job (all new windows and doors, total bathroom and kitchen remodel, all new interior doors, trim, baseboard, and interior painting.
